Tourist or Business Visa

1. Original, signed U.S. passport - must be valid for atleast 6 months containing at least 1 blank visa page.
   
   
2. 2 fully completed and signed Visa Application Form.
   
   
3. 2 Recent Passport type photos
   
   
4. A copy of travel itinerary or airline tickets.
   
   
5. Completed Order Form (please print)
   
   
6. Copy of Bank Statement showing atleast $100 USD per day while visiting Angola.
   
   
7. A company letter of intent and financial responsibility typed on the company’s stationery stating the following information(SAMPLE):
   
   

• Introducing the applicant, stating the applicant’s position with the company.

• Purpose of trip and a brief description of type of duties to be performed

• Name of company/contacts

• Financial responsibility for the applicant including return airfare. 

• A letter of invitation from Host Company or organization in Afghanistan are sometimes required by the embassy, however this is not always required.

Your documents will be checked and hand-carried to the consulate and is usually processed within 5-7 business days. Rush processing is also available for a fee of $220 per visa. Rush processing is not gauranteed and is at the discretion of the embassy.

A-1 Service Fee:
$55.00 Per visa

Consular Fee:
$110.00 per visa for issuance within 5-7 business days. 
$220.00 per visa for issuance 24-72 business hours (at the embassy’s discretion)

• Include credit card authorization, a check or money order payable to "A-1 Passport & Visa Express” for A-1 handling fee per visa, plus Embassy Consular Fee per visa, and return Shipping Fee.

Shipping Fees for return of your passport:

• $19.50 - Fed Ex Letter (Priority Overnight – up to three passports delivered next day)
• $23.50 – Fed Ex Letter (Priority Overnight – 3-5 passports delivered next day)
• $35.00 – Fed Ex Letter (Saturday Delivery)

Please note that the above rates apply to most Continental USA. Higher rate applies to those states situated further away from Washington DC., Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and US Virgin Islands.
