• For processing of a visa to a minor, a notarizes letter of consent from both parents is required along with copy of the parents passports.
  

Business Visa

• Purpose and date of travel and duration of stay.
• Name and address of the contacts/company to be visited and nature of the business.
• Financial responsibility for the applicant as well as return transportation to U.S.
• This letter must be signed by a superior within your company other than the applicant.
• A business reference in Bahrain to be visited
  
  
• This letter should be signed by an officer or manager of the company, other than the applicant.

A-1 Service Fee:
$55.00 per visa

Consular Fee: 
$50.00 per visa

Shipping Fees for return of your passport:

• $23 – Fed Ex Letter (Priority Overnight – up to three passports delivered next day)
• $26 – Fed Ex Letter (Priority Overnight – 3-5 passports delivered next day)
• $38 – Fed Ex Letter (Saturday Delivery)
