Business Visa

• A company letter of intent and financial responsibility typed on the company’s stationery stating the following information(SAMPLE):
  
  
• Introducing the applicant, stating the applicant’s position with the company.
• Purpose of trip and a brief description of type of duties to be performed
• Name of company/contacts
• Financial responsibility for the applicant including return airfare. 
• A letter of invitation from host company or organization in Cambodia are sometimes required by the embassy, however this is not always required.

$55.00 per visa

Consular Fee:
$30.00 per Tourist visa - Single Entry
$35.00 per Business visa - Single Entry
$50.00 per Tourist Visa - Double Entries
$55.00 per Business Visa - Double Entries
$60.00 Additional Embassy Fee for Same-day Service
$30.00 Additional Embassy Fee for 24-48 hours Service
$20.00 Additional Embassy Fee for 2 to 4 business days Service

Shipping Fees for return of your passport:

• $19.50 - Fed Ex Letter (Priority Overnight – up to three passports delivered next day)
• $23.50 – Fed Ex Letter (Priority Overnight – 3-5 passports delivered next day)
• $35.00 – Fed Ex Letter (Saturday Delivery)

Please note that the above rates apply to most Continental USA. Higher rate applies to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and US Virgin Islands.

Your application will be hand carried to the Embassy. Visa processing time is usually around 5-7 business days. Rush processing of same day, 24 or 48 hours is also available for additional consular visa fee.
