Tourist Visa
- Original, signed U.S. passport - must be valid for atleast 6 months containing at least 1 blank visa page.
- 2 fully completed and signed Visa Application Form.
- 2 Recent Passport type photos
- Completed Order Form (please print)
- International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever
- Copy of round trip airline tickets or itinerary, or letter of confirmation
- Copy of recent bank statement or letter from bank verifying applicant has sufficient funds.
Social Visitor Visa
- Original, signed U.S. passport - must be valid for atleast 6 months containing at least 1 blank visa page.
- 2 fully completed and signed Visa Application Form.
- 2 Recent Passport type photos
- Invitation from the inviting party, including Certificate of accommodation undersigned by Cameroon Police.
- Completed Order Form (please print)
- International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever
- Copy of round trip airline tickets or itinerary, or letter of confirmation
Business Visa
- Original, signed U.S. passport - must be valid for atleast 6 months containing at least 1 blank visa page.
- 2 fully completed and signed Visa Application Form.
- 2 Recent Passport type photos
- Completed Order Form (please print)
- International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever
- For multiple entries visa, a notarized letter of invitation from the host in Cameroon
- Copy of round trip airline tickets or itinerary, or letter of confirmation
- A company letter of intent and financial responsibility (Sample) typed on the company’s stationery stating the following information:
- Introducing the applicant, stating the applicant’s position with the company.
- Purpose of trip and a brief description of type of duties to be performed
- Name of company/contacts
- Financial responsibility for the applicant including return airfare.
- Please address your letter to:
- The Visa Section of the Embassy of Cameroon
- The letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant.
A-1 Service Fee:
$55.00 per visa
Consular Fee:
- $ 98.00 per visa / Sixty days Multi Entries Tourist or Business visa. Stay up to 30 days each visit.
- $196.00 Per Visa / Six months Multi Entries (Business only) First entry must be made within 60 days of visa issue. Stay up to 30 days each visit. Extension of stay possible on local application.
- $294.00 Per Visa / Twelve months Multi Entries (Business only) First entry must be made within 60 days of visa issue. Extension of stay possible on local application.
- $553.00 Permit / Temporary Hunting Gun Permit.
Include credit card authorization, a check or money order payable to "A-1 Passport & Visa Express " for A-1 handling fee per visa, plus Embassy Consular Fee per visa, and return postage or Shipping Fee.
Shipping Fees for return of your passport:
- $19.50 - Fed Ex Letter (Priority Overnight – up to three passports delivered next day)
- $23.50 – Fed Ex Letter (Priority Overnight – 3-5 passports delivered next day)
- $35.00 – Fed Ex Letter (Saturday Delivery)
Please note that the above rates apply to most Continental USA. Higher rate applies to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and US Virgin Islands.
