- Original, signed U.S. passport - must be valid for atleast 6 months containing at least 1 blank visa page.
- 4 fully completed and signed visa Application forms
- 4 Passport-type photos required
- Completed Order Form (print from browser)
- International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever
- A company letter of intent and financial responsibility (Sample) typed on the company’s stationery stating the following information:
- Introducing the applicant, stating the applicant’s position with the company.
- Purpose of trip and a brief description of type of duties to be performed
- Name of company/contacts
- Financial responsibility for the applicant including return airfare.

Your application will be hand carried to the Consulate/Embassy and is usually processed in 7 to 10 business days. Rush process (2-4 business) is available.
A-1 Passport's Fees:
$55.00 per visa for standard visa processing around 7-10 buiness days
$75.00 per visa for Rush processing within 2-4 business days
Consular Fee:
$60.00 per visa – single entry processed within 7-10 business days
$100.00 per visa – single entry (Rush process 2-4)
$100.00 per visa – multiple entries processed within 7-10 business days
$200.00 per visa – multiple entries (Rush process 2-4 days)
Please include a credit card authorization or a check/money order payable to: "A-1 Passport & Visa Express” for A-1 Handling Fee, Embassy Consular Fee, and return Shipping Fee.
Shipping Fees for return of your passport:
- $23.00 - Fed Ex Letter (Priority Overnight – up to three passports delivered next day)
- $26.00 – Fed Ex Letter (Priority Overnight – 3-5 passports delivered next day)
- $38.00 – Fed Ex Letter (Saturday Delivery)
Please be advised that the shipping fee for some states are slightly higher than the ones mentioned above. Your receipt should indicate the fee differences also the above rates apply to most Continental USA. Higher rate applies to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and US Virgin Islands.
