Tourist or Business Visa
- Original, signed U.S. passport - must be valid for at least 6 months containing and at least 1 blank visa page.
- 2 Application forms fully completed and signed
- 2 Passport-type photos
- Completed Order Form (print from browser)
- Copy of round trip airline tickets or itinerary
- Certificate of vaccination for Yellow Fever
- Copy of the hotel confirmatin or a notarized invitation from a family of a friend in Ivery Coast - For tourist visa only
- Copy of US front and back of Green Card for none US citizens
- Copy of U.S. Alien Registration Card (Green Card), both sides
- A company letter of intent and financial responsibility typed on the company's stationery stating the following:
- Purpose and date of travel and duration of stay.
- Name and address of the contacts/company to be visited and nature of the business.
- Financial responsibility for the applicant as well as return transportation to U.S.
- This letter must be signed by a superior within your company other than the applicant
- Your letter must be addressed to: The Visa section of the Embassy of Ivory Coast.
- The normal visa processing for Ivory Coast is around 4-5 business days.

$55.00 per visa
Consular Fee:
$150.00 Per visa (Single Entry Most Nationalities)
Include credit card authorization, a check or money order payable to "A-1 Passport & Visa Express " for A-1 handling fee per visa, plus Embassy Consular Fee per visa, and return postage or Shipping Fee.
Shipping Fees for return of your passport:
- $23.00 - Fed Ex Letter (Priority Overnight – up to three passports delivered next day)
- $26.00 – Fed Ex Letter (Priority Overnight – 3-5 passports delivered next day)
- $38.00 – Fed Ex Letter (Saturday Delivery)
Please be advised that the shipping fee for some states are slightly higher than the ones mentioned above. Your receipt should indicate the fee differences also the above rates apply to most Continental USA. Higher rate applies to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and US Virgin Islands.
