A company letter of intent and financial responsibility (Sample) typed on the company’s stationery stating the following information:

Introducing the applicant, stating the applicant’s position with the company.
Purpose of trip and a brief description of type of duties to be performed
Name of company/contacts
Financial responsibility for the applicant including return airfare.

A-1 Service Fee:
$55 per visa regular processing within 5-7 business days
$75 per visa rush processing within 2-3 business days

Consular Fee:
$50.00 per visa for Single entry for stay up to 90 days
$100.00 per visa for Multiple Entries for stay up to 90 days
$20.00 per Visa - Additional Rush fee for issuance in 24-72 hours

Include credit card authorization, a check or money order payable to "A-1 Passport & Visa Express " for A-1 handling fee per visa, plus Embassy Consular Fee per visa, and return postage or Shipping Fee.

Please note that the above rates apply to most Continental USA. Higher rate applies to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and US Virgin Islands.
