Tourist Visa
- Original, signed U.S. passport - must be valid for atleast 6 months containing at least 1 blank visa page.
- 2 fully completed and singed Visa Application Forms.
- One completed Report of Arrival Form (see attached to the Application)
- One Completed Work History Form (see attached to the Application)
- 3 Passport type photos
- Completed Order Form (please print)
- Copy of round trip travel itinerary or airline tickets showing entry and departure dates.
- Tourist visas are valid for 3 months from issue date and it is valid only for stay up to 28 days and cannot be extended.
Business Visa
- Original, signed U.S. passport - must be valid for atleast 6 months containing at least 1 blank visa page.
- 2 fully completed and singedVisa Application Forms.
- One completed Report of Arrival Form (see attached to the Application)
- One Completed Work History Form (see attached to the Application)
- 3 Passport type photos
- Completed Order Form (please print)
- A letter of invitation from the inviting party in Myanmar.
- A company letter of intent and financial responsibility (Sample) typed on the company’s stationery stating the following information:
- Introducing the applicant, stating the applicant’s position with the company.
- Purpose of trip and a brief description of type of duties to be performed
- Name of company/contacts
- Financial responsibility for the applicant including return airfare.

The Visa Section of the Embassy of Myanmar, Washington D.C.
- The business visa is usuallay valid for 10 weeks and cannot be extended. Multiple entries visa maybe requested for a fee of $150 and it is issued at the embassy of Myanmar's discretion only.
A-1 Service Fee:
$55.00 per visa
Consular Fee:
$20.00 per Visa - Tourist Visa
$30.00 per Visa - Business Visa
Include credit card authorization, a check or money order payable to "A-1 Passport & Visa Express " for A-1 handling fee per visa, plus Embassy Consular Fee per visa, and return postage or Shipping Fee.
Shipping Fees for return of your passport:
- $22.00 - Fed Ex Letter (Priority Overnight – up to three passports delivered next day)
- $24.50 – Fed Ex Letter (Priority Overnight – 3-5 passports delivered next day)
- $35.00 – Fed Ex Letter (Saturday Delivery)
Please be advised that the shipping fee for some states are slightly higher than the ones mentioned above. Your receipt should indicate the fee differences also the above rates apply to most Continental USA. Higher rate applies to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and US Virgin Islands.
