typed on the company’s stationery stating the following information:
- Introducing the
applicant, stating the applicant’s position with the company.
- Purpose of trip and
a brief description of type of duties to be performed
- Name of
company/contacts
- Financial
responsibility for the applicant including return airfare.
- Please address your
letter to:

- The business letter
should be signed by a company officer other than the applicant.
- Letter of invitation
from company to be visited in Nigeria

A-1 Service Fee:
$55.00 per visa - Normal Processing time is apx. 5-7 business days
(excluding Fridays)
$85.00 per visa - Rush processing time within 1-3 business days
(excludes friday)
Consular Fee:
$112.00 per visa -
Single Entry- This fee must be paid online using a credit card
$20.00 per visa - Application fee per person
$65.00 per visa - Additional rush fee for processing within 48-72 hours
Your
documents will be hand carried to the consulate. The reqular processing
is around 5-7 business days. Processing time may be longer depending on
the embassy's workload. (The Embassy of Nigeria is closed on Fridays)
Include
credit card authorization, a check or money order payable to "A-1
Passport & Visa Express " for A-1 handling fee per visa, plus
Embassy Consular Fee per visa, and return postage or Shipping Fee.
