Pakistan Embassy in Washington DC will process visas ONLY for residents
of the following states: DC, MARYLAND, WEST VIRGINIA, VIRGINIA,
PENNSYLVANIA, NORTH CAROLINA, SOUTH CAROLINA, GEORGIA, FLORIDA,
ALABAMA, MISSISSIPPI, AND TENNESSEE
Tourist Visa
- Letter of invitation if visiting friends or family / Hotel confirmation if staying at a hotel
Business Visa
- Original, signed U.S. passport
- must be valid for atleast 6 months containing at least 1 blank visa
page.
- 1 Application form, fully
completed and signed
- 4 Passport-type photographs
- An invitation from the
host organization in Pakistan should be provided
- Completed Order Form (print from
browser)
- A company letter of
intent and financial responsibility (Sample)
typed on the company’s stationery stating the following information:
- Introducing the
applicant, stating the applicant’s position with the company.
- Purpose of trip and a
brief description of type of duties to be performed
- Name of
company/contacts
- Financial
responsibility for the applicant including return airfare.
- Please address your
letter to:

Note: Members of the news
media must also complete FORM-A
Your documents will
be hand-carried to the consulate/embassy and is usually processed in 1-4 weeks. The visa processing time is at the
embassy's discretion.
A-1 Service Fee:
$75.00 per visa
Consular Fee:
$120.00 per Tourist Visa
- Tourist - Single or Multiple Entries
$180.00 - Per Business Visa - Single or Multiple Entries
Include
credit card authorization, a check or money order payable to "A-1
Passport & Visa Express " for A-1 handling fee per visa, plus
Embassy Consular Fee per visa, and return postage or Shipping Fee.

(Priority Overnight – up to three passports delivered next day)
- $26 – Fed Ex Letter
(Priority Overnight – 3-5 passports delivered next day)
- $38 – Fed Ex Letter
(Saturday Delivery)
Please
be advised that the shipping fee for some states are slightly higher
than the ones mentioned above. Your receipt should indicate the fee
differences also the above rates apply to most Continental USA. Higher
rate applies to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and US Virgin Islands.
