For A-1 Passport to assist in obtaining a visa to this country for foreign nationals you must live in one of the following states/territories:
- Deleware
- Kentucky
- North Carolina
- Maryland
- Virginia
- West Virginia
- District of Columbia
Tourist Visa
- Original, signed U.S. passport - must be valid for at least 6 months containing and at least 1 blank visa page.
- 1 Application form fully completed and signed
- 2 Passport-type photos
- Completed Order Form (print from browser)
- U.S. Resident Alien card or valid U.S. Visa
- Letter of invitation
- Proof of sufficient funds
- Proof of lodging
- Copy of airline tickets and itinerary
- Proof of Health/Travel/Accident insurance

- $23 – Fed Ex Letter (Priority Overnight – up to three passports delivered next day)
- $26 – Fed Ex Letter (Priority Overnight – 3-5 passports delivered next day)
- $38 – Fed Ex Letter (Saturday Delivery)
