- A company letter of
intent and financial responsibility typed on the company’s stationery
stating the following information(SAMPLE):
- Introducing the
applicant, stating the applicant’s position with the company.
- Purpose of trip and a
brief description of type of duties to be performed
- Name of
company/contacts
- Financial
responsibility for the applicant including return airfare.
- A
letter of invitation from Host Company or organization in Afghanistan
are sometimes required by the embassy, however this is not always
required.
- Please address your
letter to:

- For
Multiple Entries Visas a request must be made by a company letter and
it should be signed by one of the officers of the company.

$85.00 per visa
Consular Fee:
$100.00 per Visa - Single entry - 2-3 days processing
Long-term, single entry visas processed in 2-3
days:
$140.00 for Three Months Stay
$185.00 for Six Months Stay
Please include a credit card authorization or a check/money order
payable to: "A-1 Passport & Visa Express” for A-1 Handling Fee,
Embassy Consular Fee, and return Shipping Fee.

(Priority Overnight – up to three passports delivered next day)
- $26 – Fed Ex Letter
(Priority Overnight – 3-5 passports delivered next day)
- $35 – Fed Ex Letter
(Saturday Delivery)
Please
be advised that the shipping fee for some states are slightly higher
than the ones mentioned above. Your receipt should indicate the fee
differences also the above rates apply to most Continental USA. Higher
rate applies to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and US Virgin Islands.
