- Original, signed U.S. passport – must be valid for at least 6 months containing at least 2 blank visa pages, passport must be signed.

Additional Requirements
- Group travelers or Cruise Passenger:
- Tour Company’s Invitation letter and visa voucher (Confirmed cruise or Tour Company’s itinerary including the confirmation from an authorized Russian travel company showing the reference and confirmation for the visa)
- If Individual Travel:
- Copy of the “Visa Support” showing the Invitation and visa voucher obtained from a Russian hotel form an authorized Russian travel company or from the hotel. This document must show the reference number as well as confirmation number. Please note that the validity of your visa will be for the exact dates shown on your visa supports documents that are given to you by the hotel or travel agency.
- 1 fully completed Russian visa manifest: You must print and complete this form and include with the rest of your visa documents.
- Non U.S. Citizens must submit a copy of their medical insurance card and also provide proof of their legal status in the U.S. such as an I-94 or a Permanent Resident Card.
Rush processing of Russian visa application is at the embassy’s discretion and cannot be guaranteed.

Invitation Letter

- Official invitation from an organization authorized to invite business visitors to Russia.
- To prepare an invitation in Russia, your sponsor would normally need the following information to be able to process and then fax the invitation to you:
- A clear scan copy of the vital pages of your passport is usually required showing your full name, passport number, and your nationality
- Dates of Arrival and Departure in Russia
- Name of the cities you’ll visit

Additional Requirements
- Non U.S. Citizens must submit a copy of their medical insurance card and also provide proof of their legal status in the U.S. such as an I-94 or a Permanent Resident Card.
Important visa information:
- The letter of invitation to Russia must be approved by The Ministry of Interior or its local offices; or other authorized Russian Agencies.
- The letter must have an official seal, the signature of the authorized person to invite foreign nationals to Russia and the complete address of the company.
- The Russian consulate has the right to request the original invitation, although a copy may be sufficient. Original invitation is a must if applying for work visa.
Rush processing of Russian visa application is at the embassy’s discretion and cannot be guaranteed.

$185.00 per visa – Rush (5-7 Business days) - $250.00 per visa – Emergency (1-2 Business days when available)

Please be advised that the shipping fee for some states are slightly higher than the ones mentioned above. Your receipt should indicate the fee differences also the above rates apply to most Continental USA. Higher rate applies to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and US Virgin Islands.
