$100 Per Visa – Multi entry for stay up to 90 days (10 business days processing)
$120 Per Visa – Multi entry for stay up to 90 days express (5 bus days processing)
$150 – Multi entry for stay up to 90 days rush (2 business days processing)
$200 – Multi entry for stay up to 90 days emergency (1 business day processing)
All visas are valid for 1 year. A $5 money order fee will be added to to each visa fee.

Company Letter
- A company letter of intent and financial responsibility (Sample) typed on the company’s stationery stating the following information: Introducing the applicant, stating the applicant’s position with the company.
- Purpose of trip and a brief description of type of duties to be performed
- Name of company/contacts
- Financial responsibility for the applicant including return airfare.
- This letter should be signed by an officer or a superior within your company and not the applicant.

Invitation Letter
- A letter of invitation from your inviting party in Tanzania. Your invite letter must have the full information about the company you’ll be visiting including the name, address, phone number and signature of the invite. This letter must describe the exact nature of your trip including your name, gender, date of birth and the address where you’ll be staying in Tanzania as well as the dates of your entry and departure and financial responsibility for the applicant while in Tanzania.
