Business Visa
- Original valid passport - must be valid for at least 6 months containing and at least 1 blank visa page.
- 1 Application form fully completed and signed. APPLICATION MUST BE TYPED.
- A letter of invitation from the inviting organization authorized by the Azerbaijan Ministry of Foreign Affairs
- Completed Order Form (print from browser)
- Your visa documents will be hand carried to the consulate of Azerbaijan and is normally processed within 10-15 business days. No rush processing is available for this visa.

Consular Fee:
$131.00 Per visa - 3 Months Single Entry
$131.00 per visa - Double Entry - Business visas Only - Requires Approval
$250.00 Per visa - One Year Multiple Entries - Business Only
Your documents will be hand-carried to the consulate and is usually processed in 72 hours to ten days based on urgency.
Please include a credit card authorization or a check/money order payable to: "A-1 Passport & Visa Express” for A-1 Handling Fee, Embassy Consular Fee, and return Shipping Fee.
Shipping Fees for return of your passport:
- $22 - Fed Ex Letter (Priority Overnight – up to three passports delivered next day)
- $24 – Fed Ex Letter (Priority Overnight – 3-5 passports delivered next day)
- $35.00 – Fed Ex Letter (Saturday Delivery)
Please be advised that the shipping fee for some states are slightly higher than the ones mentioned above. Your receipt should indicate the fee differences also the above rates apply to most Continental USA. Higher rate applies to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and US Virgin Islands.
