- A letter of invitation from Bangladesh provided by your host organization or company.
- A company letter of intent and financial responsibility (Sample) typed on the company’s stationery stating the following information:
- Introducing the applicant, stating the applicant’s position with the company.
- Purpose of trip and a brief description of type of duties to be performed
- Name of company/contacts
- Financial responsibility for the applicant including return airfare.
- Please address your letter to:
Embassy of Bangladesh, Visa Section, Washington D.C.
- This letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant.
Please note that your documents will be hand-carried to the consulate and is usually processed in 5 business days.

credit card authorization or a check/money order payable to: "A-1
Passport & Visa Express” for A-1 Handling Fee, Embassy Consular
Fee, and return Shipping Fee.
Shipping Fees for return of your passport:
- $23.00 - Fed Ex Letter (Priority Overnight – up to three passports delivered next day)
- $26.00 – Fed Ex Letter (Priority Overnight – 3-5 passports delivered next day)
- $35.00 – Fed Ex Letter (Saturday Delivery)
