Business Visa
- Original, signed U.S. passport - must be valid for atleast 6 months containing at least 1 blank visa page.
- 2 Visa Application Forms, fully completed and signed
- 3 Passport-type photos
- Copy of proof of legal status in the US (i.e. Green card)
- Copy of round trip itinerary or tickets
- Completed Order Form(please print)
- A company letter of intent and financial responsibility (Sample) typed on the company’s stationery stating the following information:
- Introducing the applicant, stating the applicant’s position with the company.
- Purpose of trip and a brief description of type of duties to be performed
- Name of company/contacts
- Financial responsibility for the applicant including return airfare.
- Please address your letter to:
Embassy of Bangladesh, Visa Section, Washington D.C.
- This letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant.
Please note that your documents will be hand-carried to the consulate and is usually processed in 3-5 business days.

Please include a credit card authorization or a check/money order payable to: "A-1 Passport & Visa Express” for A-1 Handling Fee, Embassy Consular Fee, and return Shipping Fee.
Shipping Fees for return of your passport:
- $22.00 - Fed Ex Letter (Priority Overnight – up to three passports delivered next day)
- $24.50 – Fed Ex Letter (Priority Overnight – 3-5 passports delivered next day)
- $35.00 – Fed Ex Letter (Saturday Delivery)
Please note that the above rates apply to most Continental USA. Higher rate applies to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and US Virgin Islands.
