For Non U.S. Citizens -OR- U.S. Citizens who need to stay longer then 3 months
Tourist Visa
- Original passport - must be valid for at least 6 months containing at least 1 blank visa page.
- 1 fully completed and signed Visa Application Form
- 2 Passport type photograph
- Completed Order Form (A-1 request for passport/visa)
- Proof of Funds - A bank statement, pay stubs or proof of employment or proof of travelers checks
- Proof of Legal Residence in the U.S.
- Copy of Travel Itinerary/Reservations -or- Airline Ticket
Business Visa
- Original passport - must be valid for at least 6 months containing at least 1 blank visa page.
- 1 fully completed and signed Visa Application Form
- 2 Passport type photograph
- Completed Order Form (A-1 request for passport/visa)
- Proof of Funds such as bank statement, pay stubs, proof of employment.
- Proof of Legal Residence in the U.S. (i.e. your current visa stamped in your passport)
- Copy of Travel Itinerary/Reservations -or- Airline Ticket
- A company letter(Sample) of intent and financial responsibility typed on the company's stationery stating the following:
- Purpose and date of travel and duration of stay.
- Name and address of the contacts/company to be visited and nature of the business.
- Financial responsibility for the applicant as well as return transportation to U.S.
- This letter must be signed by a superior within your company other than the applicant

- The regular visa processing time is around 5-10 business days. We also have rush processing of 1-3 business days available. All visa approval are at the embassy's discretion.
- Citizens of some countries may need to provide additional information and may be asked to appear in person for an interview. We will notify you of any additional requirements by the embassy immediately. The service and consular visa fees are not refundable.

Rush processing - 1-4 business days- $150 per visa

$74.00 Per Visa Single Entry (non-refundable fee)
$144.00 Per Visa Multiple Entries (non-refundable fee)
Include credit card authorization, a check or money order payable to "A-1 Passport & Visa Express " for A-1 handling fee per visa, plus Embassy Consular Fee per visa, and return postage or Shipping Fee.
Shipping Fees for return of your passport:
- $23.00 - Fed Ex Letter (Priority Overnight – up to three passports delivered next day)
- $26.00 – Fed Ex Letter (Priority Overnight – 3-5 passports delivered next day)
- $39.00 – Fed Ex Letter (Saturday Delivery)
