Tourist Visa

• Original, signed U.S. passport - must be valid for atleast 6 months containing at least 1 blank visa page.

• Letter of invitation from host

Business Visa

• Original, signed U.S. passport - must be valid for atleast 6 months containing at least 1 blank visa page.

• A company letter of intent and financial responsibility (Sample) typed on the company’s stationery stating the following information:
  
  
  • Introducing the applicant, stating the applicant’s position with the company.
  • Purpose of trip and a brief description of type of duties to be performed
  • Name of company/contacts
  • Financial responsibility for the applicant including return airfare. 
    
    
• Please address your letter to:

  • The letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant.
    
    
• Your application will be hand carried to the Embassy, and is usually processed in 4-5 business days. Tourist visitors are given a single entry visa that is valid for the specific dates of stay requested on the application (up to one month). Business visitors can request a multiple entries visa, valid for entry for up to 3 months from the date of issue, for a stay up to one month.

A-1 Passport's Fees:
$55.00 per visa (Regular processing within 4-5 business days)
$85.00 per visa (Rush processing within 1-2 business days)

Consular Fee: 
$120 per visa Single or Multiple Entries.

Please include a credit card authorization or a check/money order payable to: "A-1 Passport & Visa Express” for A-1 Handling Fee, Embassy Consular Fee, and return Shipping Fee.

Shipping Fees for return of your passport:

• $23 - Fed Ex Letter (Priority Overnight – up to three passports delivered next day)
• $26 – Fed Ex Letter (Priority Overnight – 3-5 passports delivered next day)
• $38 – Fed Ex Letter (Saturday Delivery)

Please be advised that the shipping fee for some states are slightly higher than the ones mentioned above. Your receipt should indicate the fee differences also the above rates apply to most Continental USA. Higher rate applies to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and US Virgin Islands.
