Tourist Visa
- Original, signed U.S. passport - must be valid for atleast 6 months containing at least 1 blank visa page.
- 2 fully completed and signed Visa Application Forms.
- 2 Recent Passport type photos
- Completed Order Form (please print)
- Letter of invitation from host(notarized)
- International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever (Cholera recommended)
- Copy of round trip airline tickets or itinerary, or letter of confirmation from travel agent
Business Visa
- Original, signed U.S. passport - must be valid for atleast 6 months containing at least 1 blank visa page.
- 2 fully completed and signed Visa Application Forms.
- 2 Recent Passport type photos
- Completed Order Form (please print)
- International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever (Cholera recommended)
- Letter of invitation from host(notarized)
- A company letter of intent and financial responsibility (Sample) typed on the company’s stationery stating the following information:
- Introducing the applicant, stating the applicant’s position with the company.
- Purpose of trip and a brief description of type of duties to be performed
- Name of company/contacts
- Financial responsibility for the applicant including return airfare.
- Please address your letter to:
- Embassy of Democratic Republic of Congo, Visa Section, Washington DC
- The letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant.
A-1 Passport's Fees:
$55.00 per visa (Regular processing within 4-5 business days)
$85.00 per visa (Rush processing within 1-2 Day Processing)

Single Entry
$100 per visa - 1 Month Stay
$175.00 per visa - 2 Months Stay
$250.00 per visa - 3 Months Stay
$350.00 per visa - 6 Months Stay
Multiple Entries
$150.00 per visa - 1 Month Stay
$200.00 per visa - 2 Months Stay
$300.00 per visa - 3 Months Stay
$400.00 per visa - 6 Months Stay
For emergency expedite processing in 1-2 days the consular fee will be doubled.
Please include a credit card authorization or a check/money order payable to: "A-1 Passport & Visa Express” for A-1 Handling Fee, Embassy Consular Fee, and return Shipping Fee.
Shipping Fees for return of your passport:
- $23 - Fed Ex Letter (Priority Overnight – up to three passports delivered next day)
- $26 – Fed Ex Letter (Priority Overnight – 3-5 passports delivered next day)
- $38 – Fed Ex Letter (Saturday Delivery)
Please be advised that the shipping fee for some states are slightly higher than the ones mentioned above. Your receipt should indicate the fee differences also the above rates apply to most Continental USA. Higher rate applies to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and US Virgin Islands.
