Business Visa

Passport

Invitation Letter

• • Your Inviting company in Laos needs to obtain an approval from the Immigration in Vientiane, to be sent to the Embassy of Laos in Washington. You may also apply with a copy of the invite letter.

A-1 Service Fee:
$125.00 per visa
$155 per rush visa

Consular Fee:
$50.00 per Visa within 7-10 business days
$70 per rush processing within 4-5 business days
$65.00 per Visa for applicant of Laos’s origin (former citizen or having a Laotian parent)
All visas are valid for two months for stay up to 30 days

A $5 money order fee will be added to all visa fees.

Include credit card authorization, a check or money order payable to “A-1 Passport & Visa Express ” for A-1 handling fee per visa, plus Embassy Consular Fee per visa, and return postage or Shipping Fee.

Shipping Fees for return of your passport:

• $28 – Fed Ex Letter (Priority Overnight – up to three passports delivered next day)
• $31 – Fed Ex Letter (Priority Overnight – 3-5 passports delivered next day)
• $41 – Fed Ex Letter (Saturday Delivery)

Please note that the above rates apply to most Continental USA. Higher rate applies to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and US Virgin Islands.

Please note that all packages are shipped with “No Signature Required” option. The envelope will be placed by your door or in your mailbox if at the time of delivery nobody is present to receive the package. If you do require a direct or indirect signature at the time of delivery, you must indicate that on your order form when sending your documents to our office and there will be additional fee charged to you depending on the delivery distance from our office.
