Important Notice

All visas to Nepal are issued as “Entry Visa” and that applies to all tourist or business visas.”Business visa” category is issued only to those who intend to licensed trader or investors.

Tourist Visa

Passport

• • Original, signed U.S. passport – must be valid for at least 6 months containing at least 1 blank visa page.

Application

• • 1 Application Form, fully completed, signed.

  • Permits

  • Please also include any permit for hiking or trekking if available.

Photo

• • 1 Passport type photograph

Proof of Covid-19 vaccination

• Jurisdiction

• The consulate of Nepal is jurisdictional. In Washington DC. we can assist all except the following states as they need to be processed in New York:
• Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, New Hampshire, Maine and Rhode Island.

Business Visa

Company Letter

• A company letter (Sample) of intent and financial responsibility typed on the company’s stationery stating the following:
  • Purpose and date of travel and duration of stay.
  • Name and address of the contacts/company to be visited and nature of the business.
  • Financial responsibility for the applicant as well as return transportation to U.S.
  • This letter must be signed by a superior within your company other than the applicant

A-1 Service Fee:

$125.00 per visa for 8-10 days processing.

Consular Fee:

$30 Per Visa – Multiple entry, stay up to 15 days
$50 Per Visa – Multiple entry, stay up to 30 days
$125 Per Visa – Multiple entry, stay up to 60 days

A fee of $5 money order/check fee will be added to all visa fees.

Visa processing time is approximately 8-10 business days

Return Shipping Fees

Please be advised that the shipping fee for some states are slightly higher than the ones mentioned above. Your receipt should indicate the fee differences also the above rates apply to most Continental USA. Higher rate applies to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and US Virgin Islands.

Please note that all packages are shipped with “No Signature Required” option. The envelope will be placed by your door or in your mailbox if at the time of delivery nobody is present to receive the package. If you do require a direct or indirect signature at the time of delivery, you must indicate that on your order form when sending your documents to our office and there will be additional fee charged to you depending on the delivery distance from our office.

Calculate: Consular Fee + A1 Service Fee + Shipping = Total Due
