- Original, signed U.S. passport – must be valid for at least 6 months containing at least 1 blank visa page.

Invitation or hotel confirmation
- You’ll need to provide a letter of invitation if staying with family or friends in Rwanda, otherwise a copy of your hotel confirmation is required.

Additional Requirements
- International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever only if arriving from an infected area. You must also carry the original certificate.

Company Letter

- A company letter (Sample) of intent and financial responsibility typed on the company’s stationery stating the following:
- Purpose and date of travel and duration of stay.
- Name and address of the contacts/company to be visited and nature of the business.
- Financial responsibility for the applicant as well as return transportation to U.S.
- This letter must be signed by a superior within your company other than the applicant
- Please address your letter to:
- The Visa Section of The Embassy of Republic of China.

A-1 Service Fee:
$145 per visa for standard processing of 10-15 days
$195 per rush visa for 5-7 business days
A fee of $5 money order/check writing fee will be added to all visa fees.
