Tourist eVisa

At the present time, the Ugandan visa are issued electronically. A1 Passport and Visa Express is able to assist you with this process. The processing time is approximately 5 business days. Your visa will be emailed to you as soon as it is completed. You’ll need to print and carry your visa with you when traveling for tourism or business.

Passport

• • Original, signed U.S. passport – A clear copy of your passport should be emailed to our office. must be valid for at least 6 months containing at least 1 blank visa page. Email a copy of the picture page and signature page in a PDF format to: Info@A1Passportvisa.com

Application

• • 1 Application Form, fully completed online, printed and signed. Scan in PDF format
• A letter of invitation from the inviting party in Uganda – scan in PDF format

Proof of Travel

• • Copy of round trip airline tickets or itinerary, or letter of confirmation from travel agent. Scan in PDF.

Photos

• • Passport-type photo

Note: Scan photo in JPG/photo format. US passport type photo is needed, none passport photos are not acceptable.

A1 Order Form

• • Completed two-page order form for our office in PDF format Order Form

Additional Requirements

• International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever in PDF format.
• Copy of U.S. Alien Registration card (green card) if applicable. Scan in PDF format

Business eVisa

From the organization you’ll be visiting. it must be printed on their and addressed to the embassy of Uganda. Scan in PDF format.

Company Letter

• • A business letter of responsibility (sample) is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to: The consulate of Uganda, Washington DC. *scanned in PDF format stating the following:
    • Introducing the applicant, stating the applicant’s position with the company.
    • Purpose of trip and a brief description of type of duties to be performed
    • Name of company/contacts
    • Financial responsibility for the applicant including return airfare.
    • The letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant
  • Please address your letter to:

Total cost of visa and service fee:

Single entry visa processing: $156.50 per Visa (5 business days)
Multiple entry visa processing: $208.00 per visa (5 business days)

Please note that the above rates apply to most Continental USA. Higher rate applies to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and US Virgin Islands. Please note all FedEx envelopes are shipped without a signature requirement, unless requested. A small fee will apply for a signature requirement.

Please note that all packages are shipped with “No Signature Required” option. The envelope will be placed by your door or in your mailbox if at the time of delivery nobody is present to receive the package. If you do require a direct or indirect signature at the time of delivery, you must indicate that on your order form when sending your documents to our office and there will be additional fee charged to you depending on the delivery distance from our office.
