U.S. Citizens do not require a visa for entry to the Ecuador; however a valid U.S. Passport is required. Official or Diplomatic passport holders require a visa to enter Ecuador.

- Original, signed U.S. passport - must be valid for atleast 6 months containing at least 1 blank visa page.
- 1 fully completed and signed Visa Application Form
- 2 Passport type photographs
- Completed Order Form (A-1 request for passport/visa)
- 1 Certificado de Visacion, fully completed and signed
- Copy of Round Trip Ticket
- A company letter(Sample) of intent and financial responsibility typed on the company's stationery stating the following:
- Purpose and date of travel and duration of stay.
- Name and address of the contacts/company to be visited and nature of the business.
- Financial responsibility for the applicant as well as return transportation to U.S.
- This letter must be signed by a superior within your company other than the applicant
- Your letter must be addressed to:
- Embassy of Ecuador, Visa Section, Washington DC

Include credit card authorization, a check or money order payable to "A-1 Passport & Visa Express " for A-1 handling fee per visa, plus Embassy Consular Fee per visa, and return postage or Shipping Fee.

- $19.50 - Fed Ex Letter (Priority Overnight – up to three passports delivered next day)
- $23.50 – Fed Ex Letter (Priority Overnight – 3-5 passports delivered next day)
- $35.00 – Fed Ex Letter (Saturday Delivery)
