Visitor Visa
Please
note that your application will be hand carried to the embassy; however
the visa is usually issued upon receipt of the approval notice from
Iraq. The estimated time cannot be determined for this visa processing.
Business Visa
- Original, signed U.S. passport
- must be valid for atleast 6 months containing at least 1 blank visa
page.
- 1 Visa Application Form,
fully completed and signed
- 1 Recent Passport type Photo
- Completed Order Form
(please print)
- Copy of travel itinerary
- A company letter of
intent and financial responsibility (Sample)
typed on the company’s stationery stating the following information:
- Introducing the
applicant, stating the applicant’s position with the company.
- Purpose of trip and a
brief description of type of duties to be performed
- Name of
company/contacts
- Financial
responsibility for the applicant including return airfare.
- Please address your

A-1 Service Fee:
$55.00 per visa (Regular)
$85.00 per visa (Express 1 Day)
Consular Fee:
$40.00 per visa
Include credit card authorization, a check or money order payable to
"A-1 Passport & Visa Express " for A-1 handling fee per visa,
plus
Embassy Consular Fee per visa, and return postage or Shipping Fee.

Fees for return of your passport:
- $23 - Fed Ex Letter
(Priority Overnight – up to three passports delivered next day)
- $26 – Fed Ex Letter
(Priority Overnight – 3-5 passports delivered next day)
- $38 – Fed Ex Letter
(Saturday Delivery)

note that the above rates apply to most Continental USA. Higher rate
applies to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and US Virgin Islands.
