Notice:
Effective March 08 2004, the visa to enter Kuwait is issued upon
arrival at border entry points for stay up to 30 days. An extension of
stay may be applied for locally.

Tourist Visa
Note:
For Visitor Visa, complete details of sponsor in Kuwait must be
provided. The original visa approval obtained by sponsor in Kuwait must
be submitted with the application. Without visa approval from sponsor,
the Embassy must obtain approval from Kuwait.
Business Visa
- Original, signed U.S. passport - must be valid for atleast 6 months containing at least 1 blank visa page.
- 2 fully completed and signed Visa Application Forms
- 2 Passport type photographs
- Completed Order Form (A-1 request for passport/visa)
- A company letter(Sample) of intent and financial responsibility typed on the company's stationery stating the following:
- Purpose and date of travel and duration of stay.
- Name and address of the contacts/company to be visited and nature of the business.
- Financial responsibility for the applicant as well as return transportation to U.S.
- This letter must be signed by a superior within your company other than the applicant
- Your letter must be addressed to:
Embassy of Kuwait Visa Section Washington D.C.

A-1 Service Fee:
$55.00 per visa
Consular Fee:
$ 24.00 Per Visa
Include credit card authorization, a check or money order payable to
"A-1 Passport & Visa Express " for A-1 handling fee per visa, plus
Embassy Consular Fee per visa, and return postage or Shipping Fee.

Shipping Fees for return of your passport:
- $23 – Fed Ex Letter (Priority Overnight – up to three passports delivered next day)
- $26 – Fed Ex Letter (Priority Overnight – 3-5 passports delivered next day)
- $38 – Fed Ex Letter (Saturday Delivery)
Please
note that the above rates apply to most Continental USA. Higher rate
applies to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and US Virgin Islands.
