Business Visa
- Original, signed U.S. passport - must be valid for atleast 6 months containing at least 1 blank visa page.
- 1 Visa Application Form, fully completed and signed – MUST BE TYPED.
- 1 Recent Passport type Photo
- An official letter of invitation approved by the Kyrgyzstan Ministry of Foreign Affairs is required. To visit friends or family a letter from the Ministry of Interior is required.
If traveling for official government visit, it is necessary to submit a letter of invitation from the inviting party in Kyrgyzstan. The letter must state the following:
- The reason for yoru travel and type of duties to be performed as well as arrival and deprture dates.
- The address, telephone of inviting organization.
- Completed Order Form (please print)

$119.00 - per visa for double entries (stay up to 30 days)
Business visa fees
$104.00 - per visa for Single entry (stay up to 30 days)
$124.00 - per visa for Double entries (stay up to 30 days)
$124.00 - per visa for Single entry (stay up to 90 days)
$144.00 - per visa for Multiple entries (valid for 90 days)
$184.00 - per visa for Multiple entries (valid for 180 days)
$244.00 - per visa for Multiple entries valid for 1 year or more
Transit visa fees
$89.00 per visa - Single entry - Processing time 10 days.
$99.00 per visa - Double entries - Processing time 10 days.
Your application will be hand carried to the Embassy, and is usually processed within 10-12 business days. Rush processing of 3-4 days is also available, in which case the consular visa fee will be charged by 100 percent.
Include credit card authorization, a check or money order payable to "A-1 Passport & Visa Express " for A-1 handling fee per visa, plus Embassy Consular Fee per visa, and return postage or Shipping Fee.
Shipping Fees for return of your passport:
- $23 - Fed Ex Letter (Priority Overnight – up to three passports delivered next day)
- $26 – Fed Ex Letter (Priority Overnight – 3-5 passports delivered next day)
- $39 – Fed Ex Letter (Saturday Delivery)
Please be advised that the shipping fee for some states are slightly higher than the ones mentioned above. Your receipt should indicate the fee differences also the above rates apply to most Continental USA. Higher rate applies to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and US Virgin Islands.
