• Invitation from host, endorsed by Dept. of Citizenship and Migratory Affairs of The Latvian Ministry of Interior.

Consular Fee:
$35.00 Per visa/processed in 10 business days
$50.00 Per visa/processed in 48-72 hours
$80.00 Per visa/processed in 24 hours

Gratis for Children under age 16 - regular processing only

Include credit card authorization, a check or money order payable to "A-1 Passport & Visa Express " for A-1 handling fee per visa, plus Embassy Consular Fee per visa, and return postage or Shipping Fee.

Shipping Fees for return of your passport:

• $24 – Fed Ex Letter (Priority Overnight – up to three passports delivered next day)
• $26 – Fed Ex Letter (Priority Overnight – 3-5 passports delivered next day)
• $38 – Fed Ex Letter (Saturday Delivery)
