- Copy of round trip airline tickets, itinerary, or hotel confirmation
- Copy of U.S. Green Card
- Invitation
to visit Lithuania filed by a citizen of the Republic of Lithuania or
Lithuanian company or organization, and certified by the Migration
Office
Business Visa

- A company letter(Sample) of intent and financial responsibility typed on the company's stationery stating the following:
- Purpose and date of travel and duration of stay.
- Name and address of the contacts/company to be visited and nature of the business.
- Financial responsibility for the applicant as well as return transportation to U.S.
- This letter must be signed by a superior within your company other than the applicant
- Your letter must be addressed to:

Include
credit card authorization, a check or money order payable to "A-1
Passport & Visa Express " for A-1 handling fee per visa, plus
Embassy Consular Fee per visa, and return postage or Shipping Fee.

- $26 – Fed Ex Letter (Priority Overnight – 3-5 passports delivered next day)
