Original, signed U.S. passport - must be valid for at least 6 months containing and at least 1 blank visa page.

If visiting Mali for tourism a hotel confirmation is required. If visiting friends/family an invitation from the hosts in Mali is required (fax accepted).
International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever
Copy of round trip airline tickets or itinerary, or letter of flight confirmation from travel agent

Business Visa

A business letter of responsibility (sample) is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to:

Embassy of the Republic of Mali, Visa Section, Washington DC

The letter must explain all of the following:
- Introducing the applicant, stating the applicant’s position with the company.
- Purpose of trip and a brief description of type of duties to be performed
- Name of company/contacts
- Financial responsibility for the applicant including return airfare.
- The letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant.
Your application will be hand carried to the Embassy, and is usually processed in 10 business days.

A-1 Service Fee:
$55 per visa - 10 business days processing
$75 per visa - 5 business days processing
$95 per visa - Rush same day or next day processing

Consular Fee:
$131 Per Visa - processing time 10 business days
$10 Additional visa fee payable for 5 business days processing
$50 Additional visa fee payable for processing same day or next business day.

Include credit card authorization, a check or money order payable to "A-1 Passport & Visa Express " for A-1 handling fee per visa, plus Embassy Consular Fee per visa, and return postage or Shipping Fee.

Please be advised that the shipping fee for some states are slightly higher than the ones mentioned above. Your receipt should indicate the fee differences also the above rates apply to most Continental USA. Higher rate applies to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and US Virgin Islands.
