Business Visa
- Original, signed U.S. passport
- must be valid for atleast 6 months containing at least 1 blank visa
page.
- 1 fully completed and
signed Visa Application Form
- 1 Passport type photograph
- Completed Order Form (A-1 request for
passport/visa)
- A company letter(Sample)
of intent and financial responsibility typed on the company's
stationery stating the following:
- Purpose and date of
travel and duration of stay.
- Name and address of
the contacts/company to be visited and nature of the business.
- Financial
responsibility for the applicant as well as return transportation to
U.S.
- This letter must be
signed by a superior within your company other than the applicant
- Your letter must be
addressed to:
Embassy of Nepal, Visa Section,

A-1 Service Fee:
$55.00 per visa
Consular Fee:
$25 Per Visa - Multiple entry, stay up to 15 days
$40 Per Visa - Multiple entry, stay up to 30 days
$100 Per Visa - Multiple
entry, stay up to 60 days
If
re-applying within 150 days of your last visit to Nepal
within the same current year the fees are:
$30.00 Per Visa - Single entry, stay up to 30 days
$30.00 Per Visa - Multiple entry, stay up to 30 days
Include
credit card authorization, a check or money order payable to "A-1
Passport & Visa Express " for A-1 handling fee per visa, plus
Embassy Consular Fee per visa, and return postage or Shipping Fee.

Fees for return of your passport:
- $23 - Fed Ex Letter
(Priority Overnight – up to three passports delivered next day)
- $26 – Fed Ex Letter
(Priority Overnight – 3-5 passports delivered next day)
- $38 – Fed Ex Letter
(Saturday Delivery)
Please
be advised that the shipping fee for some states are slightly higher
than the ones mentioned above. Your receipt should indicate the fee
differences also the above rates apply to most Continental USA. Higher
rate applies to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and US Virgin Islands.
