U.S. citizens traveling for tourism or business and staying shortly do not require a visa; however a valid U.S. Passport is required.

- Original, signed passport - must be valid for atleast 6 months containing at least 1 blank visa page.
- 1 fully completed and signed Visa Application Form
- 1 Passport type photograph
- Completed Order Form (A-1 request for passport/visa)
- Evidence of legal residence in U.S.A. (Copy of Greencard)
- Copy of round trip airline tickets or itinerary
- A company letter(Sample) of intent and financial responsibility typed on the company's stationery stating the following:
- Purpose and date of travel and duration of stay.
- Name and address of the contacts/company to be visited and nature of the business.
- Financial responsibility for the applicant as well as return transportation to U.S.
- This letter must be signed by a superior within your company other than the applicant
- Your letter must be addressed to:
Embassy of Nicaragua, Visa Section, Washington D.C.

A-1 Service Fee:
$55.00 per visa

$35.00 Per Visa - Most Nationalities
Include
credit card authorization, a check or money order payable to "A-1
Passport & Visa Express " for A-1 handling fee per visa, plus
Embassy Consular Fee per visa, and return postage or Shipping Fee.

- $23 – Fed Ex Letter (Priority Overnight – up to three passports delivered next day)
- $26 – Fed Ex Letter (Priority Overnight – 3-5 passports delivered next day)
- $38 – Fed Ex Letter (Saturday Delivery)
