Tourist Visa

• Original, signed U.S. passport - must be valid for at least 6 months containing and at least 1 blank visa page.
  
  
• 2 Application forms fully completed and signed (Must be typed)

• Proof of US status (for Non US citizens only)

Business Visa

• Original, signed U.S. passport - must be valid for at least 6 months containing and at least 1 blank visa page.

• Invitation from sponsoring company in Oman (suggested to expedite processing)

• A business letter of responsibility is required. It must be typed on your company's letterhead and addressed to:
  
  Embassy of Oman, Visa Section, Washington D.C.

  
  The letter must include the following information:

  • The nature of the business that is being performed
  • The address and name of the business reference that is to be visited
  • A company guarantee of sufficient financial support and liability for the visit
  • A guarantee of return transportation to the United States of America
  • The business letter must be signed by a company officer other than the applicant

• Proof of US status (for Non US citizens only)

A-1 Service Fee:
$55.00 per visa

Consular Fee:
$ 60.00 Per Visa -Tourist Single Entry - Valid 6 months
$ 150.00 Per visa -Business Multiple Entry - Valid 1 year

Include credit card authorization, a check or money order payable to "A-1 Passport & Visa Express " for A-1 handling fee per visa, plus Embassy Consular Fee per visa, and return postage or Shipping Fee.

Shipping Fees for return of your passport:

• $23.00 - Fed Ex Letter (Priority Overnight – up to three passports delivered next day)
• $26.00 – Fed Ex Letter (Priority Overnight – 3-5 passports delivered next day)
• $36.00 – Fed Ex Letter (Saturday Delivery)

Please note that the above rates apply to most Continental USA. Higher rate applies to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and US Virgin Islands.
