Tourist Visa
- Original, signed U.S. passport
- must be valid for at least 6 months containing and at least 1 blank
visa page.

Business Visa

letter of responsibility (sample)
is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed
to:
Embassy of Qatar, Visa Section,
Washington D.C.
The letter must explain all the following
- Introducing
the applicant, stating the applicant’s position with the company.
- Purpose of
trip and a brief description of type of duties to be performed
- Name of
company/contacts
- Financial
responsibility for the applicant including return airfare.
- The letter
should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant.
A-1 Service Fee:
$55.00 per visa
Consular Fee:
$131 Per Visa
Include
credit card authorization, a check or money order payable to "A-1
Passport & Visa Express " for A-1 handling fee per visa, plus
Embassy Consular Fee per visa, and return postage or Shipping Fee.

Fees for return of your passport:
- $23 - Fed Ex Letter
(Priority Overnight – up to three passports delivered next day)
- $26 – Fed Ex Letter
(Priority Overnight – 3-5 passports delivered next day)
- $38 – Fed Ex Letter
(Saturday Delivery)

note that the above rates apply to most Continental USA. Higher rate
applies to those states located further away from Washington DC.,
Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and US Virgin Islands.
