Business Visa
- Original, signed U.S. passport - must be valid for at least 6 months containing at least 1 blank visa page.
- 1 fully completed and signed Visa Application Form
- 1 Passport type photograph
- Completed Order Form (A-1 request for passport/visa)
- Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate
- A company letter(Sample) of intent and financial responsibility typed on the company's stationery stating the following:
- Purpose and date of travel and duration of stay.
- Name and address of the contacts/company to be visited and nature of the business.
- Financial responsibility for the applicant as well as return transportation to U.S.
- This letter must be signed by a superior within your company other than the applicant
- Your letter must be addressed to:

A-1 Service Fee:
$85.00 Per Visa
Consular Fee:
$60.00 per visa - tourist, single entry for up to 3 months
$70.00 per visa - tourist, multiple entry for up to 6 months
$80.00 per visa - business, single entry for up to 3 months
$90.00 per visa - business, multiple entry for up to 6 months
Include
credit card authorization, a check or money order payable to "A-1
Passport & Visa Express " for A-1 handling fee per visa, plus
Embassy Consular Fee per visa, and return postage or Shipping Fee.
Shipping Fees for return of your passport:
- $23 – Fed Ex Letter (Priority Overnight – up to three passports delivered next day)
- $26 – Fed Ex Letter (Priority Overnight – 3-5 passports delivered next day)
- $38 – Fed Ex Letter (Saturday Delivery)
