Tourist or Social Visit Visa - Visiting Friends and Relatives
- Original, signed U.S. passport - must be valid for at least 6 months containing and at least 1 blank visa page.
- 1 Application form fully completed and signed
- Photocopy of your valid US Permanent Resident Card
- Completed Order Form (print from browser)
- A
notarized invitation from the person inviting you stating the nature
and duration of visit, and the host's name and address in Yugoslavia.
- Proof of sufficient funds in hard currency
- Certificate that a health fund shall cover the medical costs in Serbia, if any
- For those traveling by car, an international driver's license, vehicle and insurance documents are required.
Business Visa
- Original, signed U.S. passport - must be valid for at least 6 months containing and at least 1 blank visa page.

- Photocopy of your US Permanent Resident Card
- A company letter(Sample) of intent and financial responsibility typed on the company's stationery stating the following:
- Purpose and date of travel and duration of stay.
- Name and address of the contacts/company to be visited and nature of the business.
- Financial responsibility for the applicant as well as return transportation to U.S.
- This letter must be signed by a superior within your company other than the applicant
- Certificate that a health fund shall cover the medical costs in Serbia, if any
- For those traveling by car, an international driver's license, vehicle and insurance documents are required.

credit card authorization, a check or money order payable to "A-1
Passport & Visa Express " for A-1 handling fee per visa, plus
Embassy Consular Fee per visa, and return postage or Shipping Fee.
Shipping Fees for return of your passport:
- $23 – Fed Ex Letter (Priority Overnight – up to three passports delivered next day)
- $26 – Fed Ex Letter (Priority Overnight – 3-5 passports delivered next day)
- $38 – Fed Ex Letter (Saturday Delivery)
