Tourist or Business Visa Requirements (NON-U.S. Citizens)
- Original, signed U.S. passport - must be valid for atleast 6 months containing at least 1 blank visa page.
- 4 fully completed and signed Visa Application Form
- 4 Passport type photographs
- Completed Order Form (A-1 request for passport/visa)
- Copy of U.S. Alien Registration Card (Green Card)
- A Notarized invitation from a family member or friend who lives in Spain(or a hotel reservation in Spain)
- A major credit card with the latest Credit Card Statement or $50.00 US dollars per day of stay in Spain Ttravelers Check
- Your latest 3 bank statements
- Letter from employer indicating job type, length of time employed, and annual salary
- Copy of airline reservation or air tickets showing onward travel
- Applicants who are under 18 years of age must submit a notarized authorization letter from their parents or legal guardians.

Include
credit card authorization, a check or money order payable to "A-1
Passport & Visa Express " for A-1 handling fee per visa, plus
Embassy Consular Fee per visa, and return postage or Shipping Fee.

- $23 – Fed Ex Letter (Priority Overnight – up to three passports delivered next day)
- $26 – Fed Ex Letter (Priority Overnight – 3-5 passports delivered next day)
- $38 – Fed Ex Letter (Saturday Delivery)
