Tourist Visa
- Original, signed U.S. passport
- must be valid for atleast 6 months containing at least 1 blank visa
page. Your passport should not contain a Israeli visa or immigration
stamp.
- Completed Order Form (A-1 request for passport/visa)
- 1 fully completed and signed Visa Application Form
- A
visa approval from the ministry of Foreign Affairs in Sudan. The visa
approval should be obtained on your behalf by a friend or a relative
living in Sudan or the sponsoring company, business partner or joint
venture or by an approved travel agency or a hotel in Sudan. This
process may take a long time, therefore please allow extra time for
obtaining an approval for your visa.
- Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate
- 1 Passport type photograph
- Copy of round trip airline tickets or itinerary
- Copy of most recent bank statement or letter of reference showing sufficient funds.
Business Visa
- Original, signed U.S. passport

- A company letter(Sample) of intent and financial responsibility typed on the company's stationery stating the following:
- Purpose and date of travel and duration of stay.
- Name and address of the contacts/company to be visited and nature of the business.
- Financial responsibility for the applicant as well as return transportation to U.S.
- This letter must be signed by a superior within your company other than the applicant
- Your letter must be addressed to:
Embassy of Sudan, Visa Section, Washington D.C.
A-1 Service Fee:
$55.00 per visa
Consular Fee:
$ 50.00 - Former Sudanese citizens
$151.00 USA and all other nationalities
Include
credit card authorization, a check or money order payable to "A-1
Passport & Visa Express " for A-1 handling fee per visa, plus
Embassy Consular Fee per visa, and return postage or Shipping Fee.
Shipping Fees for return of your passport:
- $23 – Fed Ex Letter (Priority Overnight – up to three passports delivered next day)
- $26 – Fed Ex Letter (Priority Overnight – 3-5 passports delivered next day)
- $38 – Fed Ex Letter (Saturday Delivery)
Please
be advised that the shipping fee for some states are slightly higher
than the ones mentioned above. Your receipt should indicate the fee
differences also the above rates apply to most Continental USA. Higher
rate applies to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and US Virgin Islands.
