- must be valid for atleast 6 months containing at least 1 blank visa
page.
- 2 fully completed and
signed Visa Application
Forms.
- 2 Recent Passport type photos
- Completed Order Form (please print)
- A company letter of
intent and financial responsibility (Sample)
typed on the company’s stationery stating the following information:
- Introducing the applicant, stating the
applicant’s position with the company.
- Purpose of trip and a brief description of
type of duties to be performed
- Name of company/contacts
- Financial responsibility for the applicant
including return airfare.
- Please address your
letter to:
Embassy of Syrian Arab
Republic, Visa Section, Washington D.C.
Your
application will be checked and hand carried to the Embassy and is
usually processed in 72 hours.
A-1 Service Fee:
$55.00 Per Visa
Consular Fee:
$131.00 per Visa
Include
credit card authorization, a check or money order payable to "A-1
Passport & Visa Express " for A-1 handling fee per visa, plus
Embassy Consular Fee per visa, and return postage or Shipping Fee.

- $23 - Fed Ex Letter
(Priority Overnight – up to three passports delivered next day)
- $26 – Fed Ex Letter
(Priority Overnight – 3-5 passports delivered next day)
- $38 – Fed Ex Letter
(Saturday Delivery)

note that the above rates apply to most Continental USA. Higher rate
applies to those states located furthe away from Washington DC., as
well as Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and US Virgin Islands.
