U.S. Citizens do not require a visa to enter this country; however a valid U.S. Passport is required.
Tourist Visa
- Original, signed passport - must be valid for atleast 6 months containing at least 1 blank visa page.
- 2 Fully completed and signed Application form
- 2 Passport type photos
- Copy of Travel Itinerary/Reservation showing round-trip flights
- If you are a resident of the U.S. you must submit a Copy of U.S. Alien Registration (Green Card)
- Completed Order Form (please print)
Business Visa
- Original, signed passport - must be valid for atleast 6 months containing at least 1 blank visa page.
- 2 Fully completed and signed Application form
- 2 Passport type photos
- Copy of Travel Itinerary/Reservation showing round-trip flights

- A company letter(Sample) of intent and financial responsibility typed on the company's stationery stating the following:
- Purpose and date of travel and duration of stay.
- Name and address of the contacts/company to be visited and nature of the business.
- Financial responsibility for the applicant as well as return transportation to U.S.
- This letter must be signed by a superior within your company other than the applicant
- Your letter must be addressed to:

A-1 Service Fee:
$55.00 per visa (Regular)
$85.00 per visa (Express 1 Day)
Consular Fee:
$ 53.00 Single Entry - Most nationalities
$ 85.00 Multiple Entries - Most nationalities
Include credit card authorization, a check or money order payable to
"A-1 Passport & Visa Express " for A-1 handling fee per visa, plus
Embassy Consular Fee per visa, and return postage or Shipping Fee.
Shipping Fees for return of your passport:
- $23 – Fed Ex Letter (Priority Overnight – up to three passports delivered next day)
- $26 – Fed Ex Letter (Priority Overnight – 3-5 passports delivered next day)
- $38 – Fed Ex Letter (Saturday Delivery)

note that the above rates apply to most Continental USA. Higher rate
applies to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and US Virgin Islands.
