- A company letter(Sample) of intent and financial responsibility typed on the company's stationery stating the following:
- Purpose and date of travel and duration of stay.
- Name and address of the contacts/company to be visited and nature of the business.
- Financial responsibility for the applicant as well as return transportation to U.S.
- This letter must be signed by a superior within your company other than the applicant
- Your letter must be addressed to:

A-1 Service Fee:
$105.00 per visa (Regular)
Consular Fee: $15.00 single entry, valid up to 7 days (5-15 days processing)
$34.00 single entry, valid for over 7 days (5-15 business days processing)
Include credit card authorization, a check or money order payable to
"A-1 Passport & Visa Express " for A-1 handling fee per visa, plus
Embassy Consular Fee per visa, and return postage or Shipping Fee.

Shipping Fees for return of your passport:
- $23 – Fed Ex Letter (Priority Overnight – up to three passports delivered next day)
- $26 – Fed Ex Letter (Priority Overnight – 3-5 passports delivered next day)
- $38 – Fed Ex Letter (Saturday Delivery)

Your application will be hand carried to the Consulate/Embassy, and is
processed in 5 business days. The Embassy might need to request
