
Tourist Visa
- Original, signed U.S. passport - must be valid for atleast 6 months containing at least 1 blank visa page.
- 2 fully completed and signed Visa Application Forms.
- Copy of the first page of your passport (photo page and the signature page)
- 3 Recent Passport type photos - EACH MUST HAVE YOUR PRINTED NAME AND SIGNATURE ON REVERSE
- Completed Order Form (please print)
- International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever if arriving within 5 days from an infected area.
- Copy of round trip itinerary.
Business Visa
- Original, signed U.S. passport - must be valid for atleast 6 months containing at least 1 blank visa page.
- 2 fully completed and signed Visa Application Forms.
- 3 Recent Passport type photos - EACH MUST HAVE YOUR PRINTED NAME AND SIGNATURE ON REVERSE

- Invitation from your sponsor/host in Zambia
- A company letter of intent and financial responsibility (Sample) typed on the company’s stationery stating the following information:
- Introducing the applicant, stating the applicant’s position with the company.
- Purpose of trip and a brief description of type of duties to be performed
- Name of company/contacts
- Financial responsibility for the applicant including return airfare.
- Please address your letter to:
- Embassy of Zambia, Visa Section, Washington DC
- The letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant.
- Copy of round trip itinerary.

A-1 Service Fee:
$55.00 Per Visa for regular 3-4 day processing
$85.00 per visa for 1-2 day processing
Consular Fees for all nationalities:
$90.00 Per Visa — Single entry — Valid 36 months for stay up to 30 days per year
$120.00 Per Visa — Double entry — Valid 36 months for stay up to 30 days per year
$120.00 Per Visa — Multiple entry
$55 additional for 1-2 day processing
Include
credit card authorization, a check or money order payable to "A-1
Passport & Visa Express " for A-1 handling fee per visa, plus
Embassy Consular Fee per visa, and return postage or Shipping Fee.

Shipping Fees for return of your passport:
- $23 - Fed Ex Letter (Priority Overnight – up to three passports delivered next day)
- $26 – Fed Ex Letter (Priority Overnight – 3-5 passports delivered next day)
- $38 – Fed Ex Letter (Saturday Delivery)
Please
be advised that the shipping fee for some states are slightly higher
than the ones mentioned above. Your receipt should indicate the fee
differences also the above rates apply to most Continental USA. Higher
rate applies to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and US Virgin Islands.

- Please
make sure that your application is fully completed, signed and dated.
Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of
entry into Zambia and must have at lease one blank visa page left in
your passport. If you need a new passport/renew or add pages to your
passport please check Passport Instruction.
- Your visa documents will be hand carried to the embassy and the normal processing time is usually 5 business days.
- Rush processing of 24 hours is also available. A-1's service fee for same day processing is $85 (see fee schedules).
