Company Letter
- A company letter (Sample) of intent and financial responsibility typed on the company’s stationery stating the following:
- Purpose and date of travel and duration of stay.
- Name and address of the contacts/company to be visited and nature of the business.
- Financial responsibility for the applicant as well as return transportation to U.S.
- This letter must be signed by a superior within your company other than the applicant
- Please address your letter to:

Step 2: Fees
A-1 Service Fee:
$125.00 Per Visa – Processing time is 10 plus days.
$155.00 Per Visa – Processing time52 business days (If permitted by the embassy)
Consular Fee:
Note: Effective March 1, 2019 the consulate of Djibouti is only able to issue a single entry visa valid for up to 90 days. Multiple entry visa is no longer an option.
Short stay visa – Single entry: $30.00 – Visa valid for 1-90 days
Transit visa – Single entry: $15 – Visa valid for 1-15 days
A fee of $5 money order/check fee will be added to all consular fees.
