Passport

• • Original, signed U.S. passport – must be valid for atleast 6 months containing at least 1 blank visa page.

Application

• • 1 Application Form, fully completed, signed and notarized.

Proof of Stay

• • Explaining the purpose of your visit, duration of stay and undertaking full financial responsibility for the trip.

Photo

• • 1 Passport type photograph

A1 Order Form

• • Completed two-page Order Form

Additional Requirements

• Copy of legal status in the US (i.e. Green card)
• For processing of a visa to a minor, a notarizes letter of consent from both parents is required along with copy of the parents passports.
• Letter from applicant addressed to:
  • Visa Section of the Embassy of Bahrain, Washington D.C.

Business Visa

Passport

• • 1 Application Form, fully completed, signed and notarized.

Proof of Travel

• • Copy of round trip itinerary or tickets

Photo

• • 1 Passport type photograph

A1 Order Form

• • Completed two-page Order Form

Company Letter

• • A company letter (Sample) of intent and financial responsibility typed on the company’s stationery stating the following:
    • Purpose and date of travel and duration of stay.
    • Name and address of the contacts/company to be visited and nature of the business.
    • Financial responsibility for the applicant as well as return transportation to U.S.
    • This letter must be signed by a superior within your company other than the applicant.
    • A business reference in Bahrain to be visited
    • This letter should be signed by an officer or manager of the company, other than the applicant.
  • Letter from applicant addressed to:
    • Visa Section of the Embassy of Bahrain, Washington D.C.

Additional Requirements

• Copy of legal status in the US (i.e. Green card)

A-1 Service Fee:

$95.00 per visa

Consular Fee:

$233.00 per visa, 2-3 weeks processing time
