Proof of Travel and hotel confirmation

• • Copy of round trip itinerary or tickets along with a copy of your hotel confirmation.

Photos

• Copy of proof of legal status in the US (i.e. Green card)

Business Visa

Proof of Travel and hotel confirmation

• • Copy of round trip itinerary or tickets and copy of your hotel reservation for duration of your stay.

Invitation Letter

• • A letter of invitation from Bangladesh provided by your host organization or company and addressed to the embassy of Bangladesh, Washington DC. stating your name and passport number as well as the exact dates of entry and departure from Bangladesh requesting a single/multiple entry visa to be issued. Fax or emailed invite letter is acceptable.

Photos

• • 2 Passport-type photos

• • Completed two-page Order Form

Company Letter

• • A company letter of intent and financial responsibility (Sample) typed on the company’s stationery stating the following information:
    • Introducing the applicant, stating the applicant’s position with the company.
    • Purpose of trip and a brief description of type of duties to be performed
    • Name of company/contacts
    • Financial responsibility for the applicant including return airfare.
    • This letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant.
  • Please address your letter to:
    • Embassy of Bangladesh, Visa Section, Washington D.C.

A-1 Service Fee:

$250.00 per Visa

Consular Fee:

$165.00 per Visa

A fee of $5 money order/check writing fee will be added to the total cost of visa.

Please note that the above rates apply to most Continental USA. Higher rate applies to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and US Virgin Islands. Please note all FedEx envelopes are shipped without a signature requirement, unless requested. A small fee will apply for a signature requirement.
