Company Letter

• A company letter (Sample) of intent and financial responsibility typed on the company’s stationery stating the following:
  • Purpose and date of travel and duration of stay.
  • Name and address of the contacts/company to be visited and nature of the business.
  • Financial responsibility for the applicant as well as return transportation to U.S.
  • This letter must be signed by a superior within your company other than the applicant
• Address the letter to:
  • Embassy of Benin, Visa Section, Washington DC

A-1 Service Fees:

$125.00 Per Visa – regular processing within 5 business days
$150.00 Per rush Visa – Rush processing within 1-2 business days.

Consular Fee:

$58 – Single entry visa valid for 1 month

$108 – Multiple entry visa valid for 3 months

A fee of $5 will be added to the above visa fees for money order/check fee.

Please note that your eVisa will be emailed to you once it is completed, The following shipping fees only apply to the original stamp placed in the passport.

Your documents will be hand-carried to the consulate and is usually processed in 48 hours. Validity of the visa will be 3 years for a period of 30 days each visit
