Business Visa

Passport

Invitation Letter

• • Invitation letter containing the following:
    • Name of the applicant
    • Passport number
    • Mention if a multiple entry visa is being requested
    • Scan / fax is acceptable

A1 Order Form

• • Completed two-page Order Form

Company Letter

• A company letter of intent and financial responsibility typed on the company’s stationery stating the following information (Sample):
  • Introducing the applicant, stating the applicant’s position with the company.
  • Purpose of trip and a brief description of type of duties to be performed
  • Name of company/contacts
  • Financial responsibility for the applicant including return airfare.
  • A letter of invitation from host company or organization in Cambodia are sometimes required by the embassy, however this is not always required.

• Important

• All visas to Cambodia is valid for 3 months single entry and can be extended if needed. if returning to Cambodia, you can obtain the second entry at the border.

Your application will be hand carried to the Embassy. Visa processing time is usually around 5-7 business days. Rush processing of same day, 24 or 48 hours is also available for additional consular visa fee.
