Letter of Invitation
A letter of invitation from the inviting company/host in Central African Republic
Company Letter

- A company letter of intent and financial responsibility typed on the company’s stationery stating the following information (Sample):
- Introducing the applicant, stating the applicant’s position with the company.
- Purpose of trip and a brief description of type of duties to be performed
- Name of company/contacts
- Financial responsibility for the applicant including return airfare.
- A letter of invitation from host company or organization in Cambodia are sometimes required by the embassy, however this is not always required.

Step 2: Fees
A-1 Service Fee:
$125.00 per visa – Regular processing – 5 business days
$155 per visa – Rush processing – 2 business days
All credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee.
A money order/Check writing fee of $5 will be charged to all visa fees.
Consular Fee:
A $5 money order/check fee will be added to all visa fees.
$150 Per visa -Regular processing-5 days service-Multiple entry visa valid for 3 months
$250 per visa – Rush processing-2 business days-Multiple entry visa valid for 3 months
$150 Per visa -Regular processing-5 days service-Multi entry visa valid for 6-12 months
$250 per visa – Rush processing-2 business days-Multi entry visa valid for 6-12 months
