Tourist Visa

Invitation Letter

- Letter of invitation (notarized)
- A letter of invitation from a tourist company approved by the Department of Foreign Ministry in Kinshasa is required.The letter must indicate the applicants name, passport number, and intended address in Congo.If invitations are sent by a private person/entity in the Democratic Rep. of Congo, it must be notarized and validated by Generale des Migrations (DGM). If none of the above available, you’ll need a notarized personal letter stating the purpose of trip, places to be visited while in DRC. This letter needs to be submitted along with the declaration of liability issued by the Generale des Migrations (DGM).

- Letter of invitation from host government printed on their stationary or detailed letter of invitation by the Department of Foreign Ministry in Kinshasa is required.This letter must indicate the applicants name, passport number, and intended address in Congo.
- If invitations are sent by a private person/entity in the Democratic Rep. of Congo, it must be notarized and validated at the city Hall in Congo and legalized by Direction Generale des Migrations (DMG).
- Letter of invitation from host government printed on their stationary or detailed letter of invitation by the Department of Foreign Ministry in Kinshasa is required.This letter must indicate the applicants name, passport number, and intended address in Congo.

Company Letter

- A company letter of intent and financial responsibility (Sample) typed on the company’s stationery stating the following information:
- Introducing the applicant, stating the applicant’s position with the company.
- Purpose of trip and a brief description of type of duties to be performed
- Name of company/contacts
- Financial responsibility for the applicant including return airfare.
- The letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant.

Important Notice
- The At the present time the embassy of the Democratic Republic of Congo needs to obtain an approval from their department of Foreign Ministry before they are able to issue a visa. The processing at this time is minimum of 10 business days and longer. This visa can no longer be expedited within 2 days. The visas are issued for single entry and it is valid for maximum of 30 days.

Please be advised that the shipping fee for some states are slightly higher than the ones mentioned above. Your receipt should indicate the fee differences also the above rates apply to most Continental USA. Higher rate applies to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and US Virgin Islands.
Please note that all packages are shipped with “No Signature Required” option. The envelope will be placed by your door or in your mailbox if at the time of delivery nobody is present to receive the package. If you do require a direct or indirect signature at the time of delivery, you must indicate that on your order form when sending your documents to our office and there will be additional fee charged to you depending on the delivery distance from our office.
