U.S. Citizens do not require a visa for entry to Georgia however a U.S. Passport is required.

- 1 Application Form, fully completed, signed and notarized.
Proof of Travel
- The name of an inviting individual or organization in Georgia and the exact dates of travel and purpose of travel are required in writing.
